Audio troubleshooting tip. Make sure your classroom audio is not muted. In some rooms the audio may be muted by default when the system is turned on. Press the Audio Mute/unmute button to ensure your room audio is not muted. Even if the audio is listed as being turned on, pressing this button can sometimes help the system fix any internal audio issues. It’s also a good idea after you have muted and unmuted your audio, to adjust the room sound levels to make sure they have not been turned down too far.
