In your classroom, you may have an interactive whiteboard, which can include a physical whiteboard/projector combo or a touchscreen monitor. These tools are very helpful for instructors, who can use them to annotate directly on images of their lecture slides, diagrams, web pages, etc. Instructors can also have students annotate on the screen as well to help demonstrate content. These tools have many capabilities and functions and can bring a lot of valuable opportunities to the teaching and learning of content. Annotations are not saved to the presentation and are only present on the whiteboard.
