Tip: When you are using Panopto or Zoom through Cynap, you must use the lapel-style microphone that is in the podium. You’ll need to also unmute your microphone in Zoom. In order to see the green indicator on the microphone for sound in Zoom, you must also either have someone in your meeting or be recording. Zoom will not show a green indicator for sound if there is no one there to hear it.
